Kristoff Team Members

Nick Kristoff is a Producing Branch Manager at Guaranteed Rate in Bluffton, South Carolina. He has been named a Top 1% Mortgage Originator in America and a Top Originator by Scotsman Guide. He excels at helping lowcountry residents finance their dream homes. He has extensive knowledge of Jumbo, Construction, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA Rural Housing mortgages.

Nick attended the University of Virginia where he simultaneously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems and Information Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He continues to promote higher education among high school students by identifying and awarding top juniors who embrace creativity and innovation and embody the spirit of discovery. He is an Eagle Scout, a graduate and Alumni Hall of Fame member of Hilton Head Island High School, and served on the Board of Regents for the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Additionally, he served as the president of the Mortgage Lenders Association of Greater Hilton Head Island.

Most recently, Nick worked with George Mason Mortgage, LLC, as a senior  loan officer and branch manger. In addition, he has experience in mortgage loan operations and servicing.

Nick, his wife, Austin, former teacher and director of guidance at Hilton Head Christian Academy, and their sons live in Bluffton, SC. Nick is an elder at Hilton Head Presbyterian Church.
